Business terms and conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These terms and conditions regulate the mutual rights and obligations between the seller - Správný Smér, IČ: 19915535, operator Tomáš Němeček, with registered office at Hutník 1419, 698 01 Veselí nad Moravou (hereinafter referred to as the seller) and the buyer when selling digital content via the spravnysmer.eu e-shop. The seller is not a VAT payer.

2. Subject of sale

The subject of sale is digital content - license keys for activation of third-party software products. Keys are delivered electronically by email and in the customer account.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately upon receipt of payment, within 24 hours at the latest.

4. Withdrawal

In accordance with § 1837 of the Civil Code, the consumer cannot withdraw from the contract for the supply of digital content that was supplied with his express consent before the expiry of the 14-day period.

5. Complaint

Complaints can be made by e-mail to info@spravnysmer.eu. The seller will decide on the complaint within 30 days at the latest.

6. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are valid from 1/1/2026.
